TKD Test

A few weeks ago Connor tested for his next belt in Tae Kwon Do...his yellow belt! He had to do a bunch of different forms, blocks, and punches...all of which Shawn could explain better than I could. But the coolest thing is that he had to break a board by hitting it with his fist! I was scared for him at first, but he actually did it! He really enjoys going and I have to give thanks to Master Lee for helping Connor to gain much more strength and confidence! Here are a few pictures that my Dad took:
